makeup and attendance policy

Cancellation policy:

  • For lessons cancelled 24 hours or more in advance of your lesson, there will be no charge to you.

  • Only two lesson cancellations will be free during each semester. Any other cancellations made after two lessons will be charged, whether attended or not.

  • If you cancel same-day as your lesson, unless the cancellation is due to student/teacher illness or other unpreventable circumstances, you will be charged the full price for the lesson.

  • If you do not attend your lesson and do not give notice to teacher or staff, you will be charged the full price for the lesson.

  • You will not be charged for a teacher cancellation (out-of-pocket or charter school funds).

  • Every group class will be charged regardless of attendance.

  • If for any reason you are not able to continue lessons, you may drop your lesson slot. You will be charged for the remainder of the month of lessons dropped and will not be charged after that.

  • If you do not show for your lesson and also do not give notice to the teacher and staff, you will be dropped from the lesson schedule for the semester. Refunds of charter school funds or pre-paid lessons will not be given.

  • Late arrivals are fine! Our teachers would rather students show up 15-minutes late than not at all, so if you are running late, kindly text or call your teacher to let them know.

  • To cancel your lesson, please contact your teacher directly, as well as messaging/emailing Dylann at dylann@wrightwoodeducationstudio.com.

Makeup lesson policy:

  • We do not schedule make-up lessons for in-person lessons. Lessons that were missed that week either by the student or teacher will resume at the normal scheduled time the following week. Charter school funds and out-of-pocket payments will be transferred to the next attended lesson if cancellation policy (above) was adhered to. Any lesson credits leftover at the end of the semester can be made up over holiday or summer breaks.
