Registration Form for Fall 2023
Signing up is easy!
Just fill out the form below to register for lessons & classes for the Fall Semester. Payments can be made out-of-pocket or using charter school funds. After you submit your form, we will send you a semester quote for your invoice and match you with a teacher that works with your schedule & needs. You can also go to our class page and scroll to the bottom to see semester quotes you can submit to your charter school. Material fees (if applicable) can be paid for out-of-pocket or with charter school funds. Instrument rentals, gear, and class items are available for rent or purchase through our shop or from our studio. Out-of-pocket students start the week of August 14th; charter school students will start the week of September 4th. Your purchase order must be received by WES before beginning lessons. For out-of-pocket students, please read our make-up lesson and attendance policy.
Registration is $20 per student, max $50 per family (new or returning). This is a once-per-year fee that covers anything you sign up for at WES throughout the 23-24 school year. Please contact your charter school if you are unsure if you can use funds for fees. If you are able to use charter school funds, your out-of-pocket payment will be reimbursed. If you are signing up more than four students, your additional fees will also be reimbursed. Thank you!
Kris & Dylann will be starting lessons August 14th for out-of-pocket students only. All other charter school students will begin the first week of September with all of our teachers, including Rodger, Jingyu, and Tim. Spots are limited, so please sign up early to secure your lesson time. Since space is limited, we cannot guarantee that a time slot that works with the teacher and family’s schedule will be available. Registration fees will be refunded if space cannot be found. Rodger and Jingyu will not be accepting new students this semester.
